Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 60 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not provided unless otherwise approved by Dunham Jewelry Manufacturing, Inc.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
